From what ive read when the arrow III's had DC traction they could go well over 100 MPH, wheres with the AC Traction they only go as high as 80 MPH. The arrows used to have a higher top speed with the AC traction, but whenever they would go higher than 80 MPH their motors would start to burn up so it was lowered to 80. |
