Each train consists of two locomotives and six passenger cars, and can make the trip between New York and Washington in 2 hours, 28 minutes."can make" doesn't mean it does. I see. And it doesn't specifically say that 150 mph is done between NYP and WAS. The article is written in a way to mislead readers. |
