At least you make sense, thank you. I know it isn't easy, but i am asking an expert now... are resistor grids a big deal? Don't you just need the right resistance? MAybe get a smee resistor grid, and cut out any excess resistance or something.The most difficult thinga about these cars seems to be size, and the heavy duty parts needed, like rewinding a BIG traction motor isn't like rewinding a small toy motor. Jeff H explained it to me a while ago....but the concept is the same. |
