I have no idea. All I can say is that for a period of time I walked by them nightly in 207 barn and I did not see fire or body damage, just messy on the interior as the cars were stripped for parts. Only a person from car equipment has the access to that answer. As far as RTO is concerned, CED tells RTO to hold the cars. |
