It's a myth?From every report that I've read so far stated they didn't want a subway,due to the impression they had based on NY and Philly.. Also..since I lived in the DC area for a few years why subway construction was going on in MT PLEASENT[Green line Inner city route].. The scuttlebutt was that Georgetown snobs fought tooth and nail to keep the Subway out of their neighborhood. |
