It's just specific to the NEC. The rest of the Newark Division is 80 mph max; most of the Hoboken Division is 70 mph max.That's why I don't see why they're bothering to get the ALP46A certified for 125 mph if they won't get any of the Comets or multilevels recertified for that speed. Not unless they're going to lease them to Amtrak? |
