"When Eurostar moves to St. Pancras there will be five more available platforms, which should be more than enough."Rail Blue has pointed out before that to optimise use of all Waterloo's platforms after the Eurostars leave in 2007, expensive track relaying will be needed to enable the two routes (the main lines and the Windsor lines) to access appropriate numbers of platforms each. It isn't clear that funding for this will be forthcoming. |
