The RVL should be #1 on NJT's list of electrification expansion projects. It's connected to the NEC and has a high, ever increasing ridership. I'm sure NJ and CSA can come to an understanding about routings through Union and Roselle. To ease the financial burden, it should be divided into two stages, first to Plainfield, then to Raritan. |
