Leasing LIRR trains as shuttles is a fantasy as long as politicians allow NJT wander on a long leash, put out expensive ann shitty service, and order engines that can't be built to spec, let alone not perform reliably.As I said a month ago, it is time to bust up NJT. They have gotten to much like the old DMV: arrogant, inept, and expensive. |
