NJT didn't put a real price tag on the DP locomotives.NJT is proposing to put a price ceiling on the DP locomotives and their R&D. If the contract shatters the price ceiling, then NJT will either abandon the effort - thus wasting the money expended up to that date - or else vote out more funding until a new price ceiling is shattered or success is achieved. Repeat until either the project is abandoned or successful. |
