Put yourself into their shoes. They work weekends, that's part of the job. But some of us are family people. Especially on weekends, we want to go to work at our picked time and location and finish on time at our picked time and location so we can spend time with our kids. We don't want to have a job on the C line, say at 168 from 7 to 3 and get reassigned to say Continental from 9 to 5. 2 hours later and the additional travel time isn't worth it to some employees. Blood money. Sure, if the guy has no life then it's ok I suppose. |
