Paul, if they have any CURRENT MU controllers or NYCT keys and brake handles THEN the memorabilia IS a problem (that kind of hardware IS ILLEGAL to own and MTA/NYCT has a right to confiscate it....uh, owning R-9 cabs is exempt ;-D ).BTW, if my understanding of copyright law is correct, all the owners have to do is change either the background color on the bulleted sign from the typical 'F' on orange circle to a blue or red OR change the font to a serif typeface, then they SHOULD be in the clear. |
