IIRC, isn't the bulk of the Javits extension funding from NYC bonds, not the MTA's funding or bonding capabilities?Not sure, but even so, the same money could have, in my view, met a more pressing need on the more important projects. Lots of projects are 'nice'. But few are really essential. As for the rest, fun plans! Just no loops through Alphabet City, please.... |
