Until the technology can be actually shown to improve service, it may be time to delay future implementation of CBTC signaling. MTA and NYCT especially are heavy with analysts working out of expensive real estate. Might be time to cool that line of work off, and focus on essential personnel.Without those analysts, much of the work that is necessary for the system to function doesn't happen. |
