I thought you were at least a little "pro-business""Unca Kevin - I work for the 2nd largest financial institution in the U.S. ($1.1 Tillion in assets) so I am quite "pro-business". I am not, however, in favor of someone trying to make money on someone elses easily recognized symbols (even if it has nothing to do with the goods and services provided by the copyright holder). If you are going into business you are supposed to check out all aspects to make sure you are not violating any law. If you don't then you are either a poor businessperson or a dishonest one. As for the the Assads (the Bagel shop owners) I would like to think they fall into the first category but am leaning towards the second. I have to be on the side of the MTA on this one. |
