This instance might not be important in itself. However, there have been instances where intellectual property and copy- rights have been lost because they haven’t been adequately defended.The “right” solution in this case might be for the Bagel shop to license the use of the F-train logo for $1.50 for 100 years. That way the status quo remains and everyone is happy. |
