"Grand Central Camera is named after Grand Central Terminal. Is MTA suing them?"Why would they? Grand Central is the accepted name of the area. But if GC Camera were to use the MTA's logo/symbol for Grand Central Terminal then they would be sued. "Local stores are often named after landmarks. There are plenty of Terminal Diners and Last Stop Saloons." Agreed but they don't use the logos or symbols that are officially used by the transit agency (unless they have permission). |
