Idon't see how a state authority can claim copyright or trademark infringement. Aren't we all part of the State, anyway?It's probably because the MTA is technically a self-supporting entity. The US Postal Service also claims copyrights and trademarks, and like the MTA is self-supporting. My LIRR/NYCT blog |
