"Oh, and the ends of the Tube are in the country, way beyond suburbs!"Only a few of them - the Central Line into Essex and the Metropolitan Line into Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Most are well inside the Greater London Authority's boundaries: some of the northern ones (Stanmore, Edgware, Cockfosters) are close to the GLA boundary, the same way Woodlawn and Wakefield are in the Bronx. |
