The 2nd & 3rd Ave El City Hall terminal was double decked in 1914 and had a passageway to the BB terminal. The 3rd ave El City Hall terminal would outlive the BB terminal until 1952 although the upper deck was abandoned in 1944 with cessation of 2nd Ave El service, the same year the BB Park Row Terminal was demolished.
