Even if there were 2% disabled that would mean at least two per car.And disabled does not only qualify wheelchair bound. As part of the full size mock up in Japan they brought in a person with a wheel chair to demonstrate how to use bathroom and even this size bathroom it was a struggle to see this person manouvre to the potty. the oversize batrhroom helps any ADA person from wheelchair to grandpa with his walker or the mother with a baby stroller. Grand concourse is pretty selfish in his statements and ignoring both law and common sense. |
