Guy, it is KNOWN that the PA3s were the first subway stock built COMPLETELY outside the US with PUBLIC funds.Now they have to make a small percentage in the states, so they send them here from japan, and all we have to do is peel off the plastic wrapping, and fill the cmpressors with american air. |
