That's not what I am stating. I know the current FRA standards are for the new equipment. I know the Comet III's don't HAVE to comply with the newer standards. I just wanted to know if the standards back when the C3 cabs were built were not as stringent as they are for the newer equipment (C4-C5 and MVL's). |
