I know this is way out of left field, but I wish they would come west to Pennsyltucky. I know that heavier, larger trains are probably called for, but it's been proven that kind of system can provide service over distance. It's just a pipe dream of mine because if I really had my way, they could tunnel the NYMTA under the Hudson and bring those trains out here. My imagination is running wild! The last passenger service in this area ended years ago. The bus service is smelly, slow and not convenient. Most of all, it's not trains! For it to be good, it must be on rails. Thank you for allowing me to froth. I just love this type of transit. |
