Maybe but there might be other factors involved. If a terrorist were going to target a Boston trolley, then it would be more logial that he'd have false Boston ID. He also may be familiar with NYCTA Ids, too. Of course, that's not a reason to violate the policy of the Boston System but that only makes the operator negligent and not an idiot. |
