A misdemeanor that you are never actually charged with, let alone convicted of certainly doesn't show up.Ahem... Not So. To keep your nursing license valid *you* must report all charges other than traffic tickets, guilty or not, as soon as they are made. Failure to do so will cause an immediate suspension of your license. ROAR |
