Nah..what they do is hit you with some B.S charge..Like Disturbing the Peace..Disorderly Conduct....Theift of services...Something that wouldn't have ABYTHING to do with WHAT THEY APPROACHED YOU FOR. Thats how they get you... So your best bet would be to BE POLITE..answer questions that deal DIRECTLY WITH THE TASK AT HAND..and if need be, show FACTUAL INFORMATION STATING THERE ISN'T A LAW AGAINST PHOTOGS taking pics on MTA PROPERTY,unless its a secure location. |
