lol, DRN agrees with me. He posted about the leeway.

And why do I even need anyone's support? I rode an NJT arrow III set that hit 100 MPH when they are supposedly limited (by whatever means) to 80 MPH. That was speeding, AFAIK, unless the engineer was given authority to go to that speed. In all the times I've posted about that incident, no one has ever suggested that the engineer could have been given that authority.

I can post stupid witty statements too, you know.
