The "majority" are not six or seven nuts in the fast lane.It's interesting to note that while 75-80mph speed limits are commonplace in the Western Europe, the Northeast is riddled with silly 65mph speed limits. Those six or seven "nuts" are "normal" in certain European nations. And you can't pretend that none of those states out that way don't have troopers looking to bust speeders—because they do. Which is sad given that they'd be much more effective if they were fighting crime in the dangerous urban cores of those states instead of pulling over motorists for revenue enhancement. |
