Where does he get that we are the "only country in the world that doesn't have high speed rail"?
And it all sounds great on paper, as most of his speeches do, I always said he is an excellent speaker. But saying "what problems we have" is not the same as doing anything about the problems.
How does he propose that HE will advance this?
