There are high voltage AC catenary/low voltage DC trolley overhead crossings in Germany and Switzerland, it is entirely possible to do so. Of course if Mr. Wong is trying to shoehorn all of the NEC's traffic off onto the former B&O it should be elevated just for the density of traffic. |
