BTW, the former Royal Blue Route, as much as I'd like to see passenger service on it again, needs to be fully reworked. You can't electrify it through places like Darby PA, where you have a trolley line crossing at-grade—you'd have to elevate the railroad.THAT Tunnel is a fiasco that will collapse under its own weight. |
