Well that's a bus. And at least part of the reason that it's a bus is that at the time the valley opposed rail. And I don't recall there being any Orange line intersections without traffic lights. Plus there have been numerous accidents. So much so that some bus drivers almost come to a complete stop even when they have a green light.

But anyway my main concern is I don't want the Expo line to end up being slow. Without grade separation we're going to end up with another Marmion Way situation where the trains are running 10-15 mph. The same goes for the gold line extension just east of downtown. No one over there has complained. Funny that LAUSD favors taking another look at the Farmdale crossing, but AFAIK hasn't mentioned the schools next to the gold line.
