They have the right side of the street dug up, but I thought that was all utility relocation. The actual connection to the blue line will be near the end of construction. IIRC the original plan was for the blue line to be out of service between Grand and 7th/metro for a week or so, but now they recently announced that they could get it done in one weekend.Here's some info: K-rail installation construction schedule |
