it can have a benefit to brooklyn riders as well.

i say we do this:

On the queens side:
Train #1 from continental would go the entire way
Train #2 from continental would end at City hall
Train #3 from continental would go the entire way

on the Brooklyn side:
Train #1 from brooklyn go the entire way
Train #2 from brooklyn end at Whitehall
Train #3 from brooklyn go the entire way

etc etc etc
