Actually I wanted to add on this idea and that should the R/W be shifted over to the Nassau line then they should use the lower level of City hall and abandon the upper level so it can be turned into a larger mezzanine.then w/the downtown upper level track no longer being in the way, they can connect the R/W to the 2/3 station at Park Place [which is about less than a block away] via a corridor so riders from the R/W can use the 2/3 platform or maybe even an upper level mezzanine if possible to get to the A/C/E trains. |
