The reason I thought of an 18/6 (W) is that I'm not sure that the "stubway" will need both the (N) and (Q) on late nights and Sundays. If it does then IAWTP. Would you still have the (N) running Bway Exp and over the Manny B in those hours though. I would seem like expensive overkill. That's why I would have the (N) resume its current late night route to Astoria via Montague/Bway Local. |
