I just believe 4 train lines (each running 7tph) on a Saturday or Sunday is excessive and there isn't enough demand. Running the V would a be a lot of extra car miles (wear and tear), lots of crews to pay, and maintenance and inspection costs.By running a couple more R trains per hour or the E local is just a reallocation of resources to serve the needs better. |
