No...the clockwise (V/Z) would go from 63rd Dr to 63rd Dr via Whitepot/Old Rock ROW then unto the Jamaica El tracks near Woodhaven Blvd then unto 6th Av via Willy B/Christie Cut where it would continue as it does today. There would also be a counter-clockwise service. The (J) could then be third-tracked from there and run peak directional express 18/5. Express stops on the (J) could be Woodhaven, Cypress Hills (or Crescent), Bway Jct, Myrtle and Marcy. (It would run local when the (V) is not running). Once the Super-Express is built, a SAS coming from the 63rd St tunnel would complement it but keep running south to Rockaway Park.
