No, because you didn't have another accesspoint eating up %. And you have LIRR people added too. HB% would NOT remain the same, as % is based on the total pie. The total pie now has an extra slice, a slice which is dragging out percentage whereas before it wasn't even there. % is based on the TOTAL pie, and slices out of that pie. More slices mean everything is lower, as each slice is automatically smaller. |
