Airtrain could run down the center of the ROW. It was 4 tracks. Plus with it being mentioned that they're considering airtrain LGA-Woodside already, I see this as having some worth. Given that the ROW is there, I think it might actually be cheaper to have it run via the Rockaway ROW. The problem is along the LIRR, cuz you're already tryin to get a Queens super-express on the same ROW |
