Can you explain how the LIRR would get to the center tracks from the ROW. Would a costly ramp be built. You better off saving money, keepin NYCT and have trains run right through the tracks. Leave the express tracks alone.Maybe if the NYCT gets the ROW an express route can be created but the question is, would they let it bypass JFK since it is a vital station? |
