That's the first logical argument I've heard in favor of charging for entry at Howard Beach.And Charles actually posted that about 800 posts ago! I assume that includes trips coming from Jamaica. The stats appears to break up the stats between HB and Jamaica. But don't forget that initially, some or many of the HB will have shifted to jamaica once there was another choice available which wasn't there prior when HB was the only subway access. |
