MTA diudn't order enough trainsets to go along with the electronics. An oversight, but hardly a disaster.I was under the impression that it was the other way around. Even now, with R160s on the property, there are still NTTs that operate in Bypass. On top of that, wasn't it mentioned that CBTC was tested with older technology successfully? (namely, an R68 set) |
