I'm not referring to the interpretation of the signal itself.I'm referring to the interpretation of how you obey them. You can anticipate early and do a gemntle slow down. Or you can do it jackrabbit style. The analogy is the skilled limousine driver versus the rookie 16 year old who just got his license. They both know the rules of the road. |
