I've heard it said that some physicists believe that even if a time-machine is to be invented, it would still be impossible to go back to the past since it doesn't exist. However, it might be possible to go forward into the future since although it is yet to exist, there is "potential" for it.So if this is true, it means bad news for those who dream of returning to a railfan-window rich, CBTC-poor system but good news for those interested in taking their first ride on an R-796 and future car-classes with CBTC/ATO systemwide ... perhaps. :-) |
