By the way, it's "cretins." If I recall correctly, "cretin" used to be used by doctors to refer to patients who were mentally retarded, "slow," due to a thyroid deficiency. "Moron" was used to describe people who scored very low on the Binet (eg IQ) test. So you saw those terms on patient charts. No more, of course.Really?? Then THAT word is too GOOD for them... I have to find one worse... |
