A trivial weakness given that the MTA will have sufficient new rolling stock within a year or so to supply the necessary rolling stock.It's not a trivial problem because a critical component of the carborne CBTC equipment is no longer manufactured. The hold item isn't the lack of rolling stock. It's the lack of an RF-DCS. |
