No, it is not mistaken at all. There are no mistakes about it. It's clear as day what the PANYNJ is pulling over there. Just because you don't care doesn't mean it doesn't matter. Meanwhile, there's an access charge that most of the people in this world quite merrily pay without so much as a quibble. Ahahaahah! And you base that on what? What Ron says??? Ahaahahahah!
