I think you're splitting hairs here.The "extra fare" is charged when you swipe at the exit gate on SFO property. The agency that is collecting the fare seems to me to be irrelevant unless you understand the financial arrangements that are in place between SFO and BART as well as between MTA and PANYNJ. |
